Delicious fruit-based recipe for diabetic people

Fruit Pops

Note: Instead of apple, you can also use pear or guava.

  • 1 apple (50 grams) (cubed into medium pieces)
  • ½ cup (125 grams) hung curds
  • 3 scoops (24 grams) Prohance D powder
  • ½ cup (125 grams) wheat flakes (crushed)
  • Toothpicks
  1. Take a plate and spread crushed wheat flakes on it.
  2. In a bowl, take curd and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add Prohance D powder in it and mix well.
  4. Insert toothpicks into fruit of your choice and dip in curd mix.
  5. Roll the pops in crushed wheat flakes and refrigerate it for 30 mins.
  6. Serve chilled.
