Millet apple parfait

A nutrient-packed Millet Apple Parfait is a healthy alternative to the regular parfait. Addition of millets enriches the dish with calcium, fiber and protein. Mixed with Prohance HP powder, it’s an excellent meal choice to start your day.

Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup of rajgira (55 g)
  • ¼ Cup grated apple (58 g)
  • 1/8 Cup diced banana (25 g)
  • 1 Scoop Prohance HP powder (25 g)
  • 1 Small glass toned milk (150 ml)
  • 10 Raisins (6 g)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon powder (0.5 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon peanut butter (5 g)
  • Water as required
Instructions
  1. Wash and soak rajgira thoroughly.
  2. Pour toned milk in a pan and allow it to boil.
  3. Add soaked rajgira.
  4. Cook till rajgira is soft and cool it completely.
  5. In a glass, add cooked rajgira, Prohance HP powder, peanut butter and stir well.
  6. Add a layer of grated apple, diced banana and sprinkle over cinnamon powder.
  7. Garnish with raisins.
  8. Refrigerate and enjoy.
