Foxtail Millet Porridge

Millet porridge is a wholesome and nutritious breakfast dish made from millet grains simmered in milk. It has a very smooth and creamy texture. Combined with Prohance HP powder, this porridge offers an excellent source of fiber, protein and essential minerals.

Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Kangni (51 g)
  • 1 Scoop Prohance HP powder (25 g)
  • 1 Small bowl diced banana (82 g)
  • 1 Medium glass toned milk (200 ml)
  • 1 Teaspoon pista powder (3 g)
  • ¼ Teaspoon green cardamom powder (0.5 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon jaggery (10 g)
  • Water as required
Instructions
  1. Wash, rinse and soak Kangni.
  2. In a non-stick pan, boil toned milk. Add soaked kangni and cook on a low flame till soft.
  3. Add Prohance HP powder, jaggery powder, cardamom powder and stir well.
  4. Transfer the kangni mixture to the bowl and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
  5. Top it up with diced banana and pista powder and serve.
