Dates Figs Bar is a sugar-free, chewy, and nutritious treat made with roasted Sattu flour, nuts, seeds, and dates. Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup chopped dates (39 g)
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped fig (32 g)
  • 3 Scoops Prohance Mom powder (30 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped pista (8 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped walnut (9 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds (11 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon ghee (5 g)
Instructions
  1. In a pan, add ghee, chopped dates, chopped fig and sauté till soft.
  2. Transfer mixture to the bowl, add Prohance Mom powder, chia seeds, chopped pista, and chopped walnut and mix well.
  3. Take a tray, place parchment paper and spread the mixture.
  4. Flatten the mixture evenly and refrigerate it till set.
  5. Cut into the rectangular pieces and serve.
